Thomas H. beloved husband of the late Lillian (Nee: McGuinn) Collins.  Loving father of Michael (Stephanie) Collins and Sandra Smith.  Devoted grandfather of six and preceded in death by one grandchild.  Cherished great-grandfather of ten.  Dear brother of Mary Jane (the late Charles) Wilhelm and Raymond (Betty) Collins.  May 29, 2013.  Age 94 years.  Visitation will be Sun. June 2^nd from 4 – 7 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800.  Mass of Christian Burial will be Mon.
