Teresa Ann (Nee: Witt) beloved mother of Tara Mann, Trisha Mann, Brian Lapple and William “Buddy” Mann.  Loving sister of Kimberly Stepp, Cheryl Rizzo and William Witt.  Dear niece of Martha Witt, Wayne and Cecil Johnson.  Devoted grandmother of seven.  June 15, 2013.  Age 57 years.  Visitation will be Sat. June 22^nd from 10:00 A.M. until the time of funeral services 12:00 Noon at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road.  If so desired memorials may be made to the Radel Funeral Home, C/O the family, 650 Neeb Rd., 45233.

We have so many wonderful memories of Teresa as she was growing up. She was a beautiful person - rest in peace. Our hearts go out to her family
