Frances A. (Nee: Raley) beloved wife of Richard P. Deiters and the late Ralph Fitzpatrick. Loving mother of Karen (Jeff) Schorsch, Robert and Michael (Carol) Fitzpatrick. Devoted grandmother of Rob, Scott, Katie, Jill, Matt and Jeffry. Cherished great-grandmother of three. Dear sister of Dorothy Franks. Preceded in death by seven sisters and three brothers. July 29, 2013. Age 86 years. Visitation will be Thurs. Aug. 1^st from 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday Aug. 2^nd 10:00 A.M. at Our Lady of Victory Church, 810 Neeb Road. If so desired memorials may be made to the charity of your choice. www.radelfuneral.com

GOD HAS RECEIVED ANOTHER ANGLE INTO HIS FOLK. TO MOST SHE WAS JUST ANOTHER PERSON WHO LIVED HER LIFE THE BEST SHE KNEW HOW LIKE MILLIONS OF OTHERS. TO ME SHE WAS A SPECIAL LADY AS I KNOW SHE WAS TO HER FAMILY. SHE WAS MORE THAN AN AUNT TO ME. SHE WAS SOME ONE I LOOKED UP TO, LOVED, AND WILL ALWAYS BE THANKFUL GOD PUT HER INTO MY LIFE. SHE WAS THERE WHEN I WAS IN NEED MANEY YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS A CHILD. SHE NURTURED, CONSOLED, AND LOVED ME LIKE HER OWN. THROUGH SOME THOUGH AND SAD TIMES. I WILL ALWAYS BE GREATFUL FOR WHAT SHE GAVE ME. REST IN PEACE MY SPECIAL LOVELY LADY.

Dick and Fitzpatrick Family You are in my Thoughts and prayers. I was shocked to hear of Fran's passing. Think of all the good memories you shared with her. I'm sure you have an angel in heaven. She will be missed .
