Saatkamp
Jack Willard born May 18, 1945 peacefully ascended to heaven on January 28th, at the age of 74. He is survived by his two children, Sean Saatkamp and Shannon Saatkamp. He is the son of the late Willard "Jack" Saatkamp and Doris Saatkamp Foelger, and the husband of the late Susan Gramke Saatkamp. Jack was a loving and dedicated husband, father, uncle and friend. He was very generous man, always willing to share whatever he could so one would experience the same amenities that life had to offer him. His favorite past time was fishing. Jack was a really good fisherman, he was always able to catch a fish even when they weren't biting for others. In fact, he was one of those guys that was good at just about everything he did. From throwing a nasty curveball and driving a golf ball 300 yards to fixing a transmission and playing his trumpet, there wasn't much Jack couldn't do without displaying some level of skill. Living in the moment is what Jack preferred, and he took advantage of that whenever he could. However, he was never selfish about those moments and would always include his family and friends when the opportunity was presented. His generosity and humor were two of the main reasons that made him so likeable to people that first met him, and loved by the people that knew him. You will live on in our memories, and those memories will always bring forth a smile. Rest in peace, Jack, you are with Susan once again.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday February 4th from 12:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm held at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Rd. 451-8800 0r www.radelfuneral.com

Sean, I am sorry for the loss of your dad. I realize it's especially hard since your mom passed away two months ago. You've had a lot to deal with, and you are doing a great job keeping up with everything that you have had to deal with. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
