Rector

Paul Rector, beloved husband of the late Mary Louise Rector. Loving father of Donna Louise Rector, Paul Carl Rector and Peggy Lee Rector. Adored grandfather to Regina Rosa Gutierrez. Joshua Carl Rector, Samantha Nicole Rector, Paul Shawn Rector and the late Rebecca Lynne Tudor. Devoted great-grandfather to Kristina Marie Vogt, Sara Jean Servizi, Joshua Carl Rector Jr. Jonah Cole Rector, Louis Paul Rector and Logan Shawn Rector. Admired great-great- grandfather to Carmela Rose McWaters, Ricardo Rodriguez and Selina Rose Rodriguez. Proceeded in death by 4 brothers. Also survived by numerous other family members and friends that loved him dearly. Paul passed away on April 12th at the age of 92. Paul worked at Powell Valve for over 32 years. He was an incredibly strong man that took great pride in his work and family. He was kind and gentle to all. He loved and blessed everybody and every living creator with all his heart. This GENTLE GIANT spoke of these blessing everyday. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him. The best thing that this amazing man has left behind for us is his example. Greater than the sorrow from his passing is the joy that he spread in his life and his infinite wisdom and love will continue to guide each one of us.

Visitation will be at 4pm for family members followed by open visitation from 5 to 7pm on Wednesday 4/16/2014 at Radel Funeral Home at 4122 Glenway Ave, Cincinnati Ohio 45205. Thursday morning at 11am 4/17/2014 will be the procession from Radel Funeral Home to Arlington Memorial Cemetery where we will say prayer and lay Paul to rest.

You will never find a kinder man. He was and will always be one of a kind. He was an inspiration to me and everyone that knew him. He loved his family with all his heart. I enjoyed him sharing his stories with me about his younger days. Heaven has a mighty powerful angel that I know will still be looking over his family as he always has. Rest in Peace Paul and peace to his family, friends and all that knew him. Love Teddy

I can only speak to my belief that Paul was a man, well loved in his lifetime, the patriarch of his family, and the strength upon which his family stood. May prayer heal the family.

Paul was such an incredible man and such a great example to us all. I know he impacted many lives and we will never forget him. May you all find solace in the great memories, the compassion, the experiences, and the love that he shared. I'm thinking and praying for you all. Love, Katie
