Kevin C. beloved son of Kevin Blackburn and Crystal (Nee: Burton) Frost. Devoted brother of Alex Blackburn, Austin Blackburn and Blake Frost. Cherished grandson of Adele (the late Harold) Blackburn. Loving nephew of Lisa (Jim) Warndorf, Carla and Mike Inman. Dear cousin of Jason (Melissa) and Jamie Warndorf, Ashley (Bryan) Spille, Stephanie (John Tackett), Michael (Raven Fausz) and Tara Inman. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. A gathering of family and friends will be Saturday Dec. 20th from 5:00 P.M. until the time of the memorial service 7:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800.
