Beloved Husband of Mary Beth (Nee: Wilhelmy) Horn. Loving Son of Philip Horn Sr. and Maggie Horn. Amazing, devoted, loving father to Pete (Sara) Horn and Dawn Horn. Adored grandfather to Joseph Horn and Briana Horn and Amira Rodriguez.
Dear brother to the late James Horn and the late Christopher Horn, and Pam Morency. Loving Uncle to Jaden Horn and Britney Hart. He was a master chef and was known for his affable, fun personality and great food. He was a caring, giving, and honest person who will be missed dearly by all who knew him.
Phil Horn was born July 7th, 1955 and passed away December 25th, 2014 at the age of 59. A memorial mass will be held at San Antonio Church 1950 Queen City Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45214 Saturday January 24th at 10 am followed by a gathering in the church hall basement. If desired, memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to San Antonio Church (Holy Family Parish.
