Jack R. Sr. beloved husband of Rita (Nee: Strotman) Noe. Loving dad of Jack (Karen) Noe Jr., Barbara (Mike) Carroll, Bob (Angel) Noe, Lisa (Eric) Feist, Michelle Kappen and the late Mary Pat Noe. Devoted grandpa of Sam, Trey, Josh, Justin, Kayla and Alex. Dear brother of Charles (Jeanne) and James (Gwen) Noe. Also survived by a host of other family and friends. January 20, 2015. Age 83 years. Visitation will be Sunday Jan. 25th from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Mass of Christian Burial will be Mon.
