Loving Dad of Jimi O'Leary, David (Tina) O'Leary, Kelly (Nick) Imholte, and the late Marc O’Leary. Cherished son of the late James and Grace O'Leary. Dear brother of Kathy Lawhorn, Danny (Karen) O’Leary, Pat O’Leary, brother-in-law to Dan Burt, and the late Timothy O’Leary, Shawna Burt, Mary Sears, and Brother-in-law Ambrose Lawhorn. Beloved Grandpa of Nathaniel, Dylan, Paige, Kaiden and Lillian. Uncle and friend to many. Passed away January 26, 2015 at age 61.
Visitation will be held on Monday February 2, 2015 from 11:30am until the time of the funeral service at 1:30 pm at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Road. 451-8800. www.radelfuneral.com

Jim, may you rest in peace. The last couple days have been difficult. I had to let go of the bad memories before I realized there were also many good memories. You served five years in the military and on top of that five years at the University Hospital in the blood department of the hospital. I was also introduced to the O'Leary family. I had the honor of knowing your mom and dad plus all your sisters and brothers. Many happy memories every time I walked into the home on Hillside. I get to walk away with so many memories I shared with Jimi, David and Marc. Three boys who brought me many years of happiness Then we blessed with a daughter who weighed in at one pound twelve ounces. You were by her side everyday for three months As a woman my life felt complete, three boys one girl. These are great memories that to this day I carry in my heart. Because of you I have beautiful grandchildren. I ask from you, if you can, to show David some type of THANK YOU for what he doing in his mission for giving you a proper funeral. Your life here on earth did serve some type of purpose. To my daughter Kelly and my sons Jimi and David, you are surrounded by many who love you very much. Kathy. Dan and Pat you are in my prayers as well as the rest of the family love to all. Oh yeah, I know but let it be.
