William L., dear husband of the late Anna M. Frese (nee Kenning). Beloved father of Dale (Peggy), Donna Shapleigh, William J. Frese, Diane (Dave) Rosati, Maryanne (Rick) Wetzel and Nancy (Kris) Koch. Cherished grandfather of Stephanie (Chris) Schmidt, William M. (fiancée: Angela) Frese, Kurt and Kassie Koch, Brad (Kate) and Ross Wetzel, and Jon and Adam Rosati. Loving GG Bill of Madeleine and Lydia Schmidt. Caring step grandfather and step great grandfather of Dale and Donna's families. Preceded in death by his brother J. Robert Frese. Dear brother-in-law of Rita Frese and Helen and Steve Mischenko. Bill served in the U.S. Navy and retired after a long career at Cincinnati Bell. Passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 of MDS (myleodysplastic syndrome) at the age of 92. The family sincerely appreciates the special care provided by the doctors, nurses, medical assistants and staff of OHC and the Infusion Unit of Mercy West. Our dad donated his body to the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and a memorial celebration of his life will take place later this summer. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Honor Flight Tri-State, 8627 Calumet Way, Cincinnati, OH 45249, or by donating blood/platelets in his name at any
