Phil,
I am praying and thinking about you and your family during this time. I hope that you all have comfort knowing that your dad is with the Heavenly Father now. My thoughts are with you all.

On Behalf of The Greater Cincinnati Fire Retirees we wish to express our sincere sympathy to Phil's family.
I worked many years with Phil in Avondale and what a pleasure it was he was A Gentleman, an Outstanding Officer and Firefighter. He surly will be missed.
