Frances C. (Nee: Heekin). Beloved wife of Harold W. Dugan. Devoted mother of Joseph (Vickie) Freel, Deborah (Bill) Ploehs, Rachel (Tom) Pitstick, Randal (Bev) Freel and the late Darlene Angel. Loving step-mother of Betty, William (Debbie) and the late Rhonda Dugan. Caring mother-in-law of Bill Angel Sr. Cherished grandmother of 24 and great-grandmother of 47. Dear Sister of Margaret (the late: John) Johnson and Michael (Claire) Heekin. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Fran passed away on Nov. 26th at the age of 87 years. Visitation will be held on Tues. Dec. 1st from 11am until the time of the funeral service at 1pm at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Rd. 451-8800.
