Estil “Butch” Jr. beloved husband of Rita (Nee: Lanter) Lewis. Loving father of Christopher M. (Kimberly) Lewis and Michelle (Kevin) Arnold. Devoted grandfather of Courtney and Meghan Lewis. Cherished brother of Jackie (Glen) Perry. Dear friend of “Uncle” Tom Peck. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Passed away December 31, 2015 at the age of 64 years. Visitation will be Tues. Jan. 5th from 11:00 A.M. until the time of funeral services 1:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Nee & Family, I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at the sad time. I was Troy Stapleton's fiance. Butch was so nice and good to us before and after I lost Troy. I truly appreciated his kindness. There are really no good words that will ease your loss, except that they are peaceful in heaven and will never leave our hearts. Butch will be sadly missed by all. He touched our lives in many ways both personally and professionally. We are blessed to have been friends with such a good man.
