Joseph beloved son of Ida (Nee: Russell) and the late William A. Rothwell III. Loving brother of Bob (Bessie Baker), Mike (Marrian Metzner) and Bill (Debbie) Rothwell. Passed away on January 21, 2016 at the age of 43 years. Visitation will be Fri. Jan. 29th from 11:00 A.M. until the time of funeral services 1:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800.

Aunt Ida I am so sorry for your loss of Joe we all loved him and he was a very special person. Be at rest to know that he is with my Gmal Mary Burton and that she will look after him and God will take him to his final resting place. I love you all.

Dear Ida, I am very sorry for your loss and He was a nice guy. Everybody at Goodwill heard the sad story about Joe's passing and He will be missed.

I am so sadden by the lost of Joe. I grew with him and he would always stop me wherever I was going just to catch up and ask how I've been. Joe was so funny with such a huge personality. He with truly be missed.
