In 1972 Patricia married the love of her life, Dennis Ott in Cincinnati, Ohio. They celebrated their life together in Cincinnati for 45 years. Patty's true passion in life was her family. As long as it involved Dennis, her kids and grandchildren she was purely happy. Whether it be spending time at the family lake house in Indian Lake, getting away in the winter at their Florida home or the endless gatherings at her home in Cincinnati. She was the ultimate host who loved cooking up a delicious meal, swimming in their pool with her grandbabies and simply enjoying life with her family. Nothing made her more fulfilled than spending time with her grandchildren. All nine of them simply adored her. She was the ultimate "Grammy".
Along with being the loving wife, mother, and Grammy, Patty was the backbone of the family business, Dennis Ott Builders. She had an unbelievable sense of vision, style and direction.
Patty loved to travel, play golf with her "clique", garden, interior design and shop. She could out shop us all and whip up the best batch of pink grapefruit martinis in a flash! Patty had an unwavering faith in God. She was an active member of Our Lady of Visitation Church for over 35 years.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 19th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Radel Funeral Home at 650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233, 513-451-8880. We were once Pat’s neighbor and most recently guests in her Florida home. No matter how often we saw each other, Pat’s bright smile and engaging personality always made us feel welcome and at home. May the love of family and friends comfort you during these difficult days, our most heartfelt condolences.
