Mary Rita (Nee: Ash) loving mother of Cathy (Don) Leesman, Frances (Frank) Reed and Paul (Cheri) Bockhorst. Devoted grandmother of Kevin, Kristin, David, Emily, Robert, Ryan, Erica, Sam and Monica. Cherished cousin of Father Don McCarthy. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Slattery, Dr. Kuhn and Dr. Wilson. Passed away on February 16, 2016. Age 79 years. She was a graduate of the College of Mount St. Joseph. Visitation will be Sat. Feb. 20th from 9:30 until 11:00 A.M. at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Mass of Christian Burial will be Sat. Feb. 20th 11:30 A.M. at Our Lady of Victory Church, 810 Neeb Road, 45233. In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorials to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, 45263-3597. Radel Funeral Home, 451-8800 serving the family.

Our deepest condolences on the loss of such a special lady. I will never forget the friendship between her and my mom (Iola Wehmann), and the happiness she brought to my mom and the fun times they had. What an honor--to find such a good friend. Even as Iola progressed, Mary never forget her and would leave her loving phone messages at our home right to the end--one of the few to do that. I'll remember Mary as a kind and compassionate woman.
