Jerome F. beloved husband of Leslie (Nee: Nastold) Eisenmann. Loving father of Missy (Doug) Merk, Jerry (Pam) Eisenmann Jr. and Stephanie (Pat) Aylward. Cherished grandfather of Robby (Morgan), Tyler (Taylor) and Evan Merk, Elizabeth, Hailey, Ben, Lauren and Megan Eisenmann, Patrick and Grace Aylward. Dear brother of Kay (Terry) Cupito, Bobby and Frank (Tim) Eisenmann and the late Barbara Eisenmann. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Passed away on April 22, 2020 at the age of 77 years. Private family services will be held with a memorial mass at a later date.
