Carol M. (Nee: Windmiller) beloved wife of the late Ted Cook. Loving mother of Rose (Willie) Marksberry, Shirley (Kip) Weaver, Candy (Henry) Carmac, David Windmiller, Irvine, Ricky and Donald (Deb) Cook. Cherished grandmother of 11 and devoted great-grandmother of 15. Passed away on April 21, 2016 at the age of 85. Visitation will be held on Monday April 25 from 4pm until 6pm at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Rd. 451-8800. The funeral service will be held on Tues. at 11am at the funeral home.
