Rich beloved husband of Vickie (Nee: Ruwan) Borgman. Loving father of Amy (Dre) Brooks, Joy (Mike) Kain, Richie (Melanie) Borgman, Doug (Melissa) Boggs, Nikki (BJ) Bast and Tiffany (Dave) Conrad. Devoted grandfather of 20 and great-grandfather of one. Passed away on August 3, 2016 at the age of 73 years. Visitation will be Tues. Aug. 9th from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Funeral services will be Wed. Aug. 10th 9:30 A.M. at the funeral home. If so desired memorials may be made to the Delhi Skirt Game, c/o Delhi Township Police Dept., 934 Neeb Road, 45233.

Prayers to the entire family, what a great guy. One of the funniest guys I have ever met, not only that, but he really cared about everything he did, the Delhi Athletic Association (which he is a Hall of Fame member), the skirt game and Coach Rich. Rich also served our country as a Marine. Rest in peace my man, you will be missed.

Vickie & family....I am so sad over your loss of Rich. He was so special in every way. His new eternal home eliminated gasping for air, inhalers, tubes, and medications. He is whole, strong, and still with his funny sayings. You have so many wonderful memories and you will smile when you think of them. Love you my sweet friend. Rest in peace Rich; you had a wonderful fulfilled life.
