Meghan M. Beloved daughter of Daniel and Patricia (Nee: Ebert) Hils. Loving sister of Alex Hils. Devoted granddaughter of Sonny and Carol Ebert, Charlotte and the late James Hils. Dear niece of Pam Umney. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Meghan passed away at her home with her family, in the arms of her Mom and Dad on Sept 16, 2016 at the age of 18. Meghan's parents would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Russel Hirsch and the nurses and staff of StarShine Hospice. Visitation will be held on Weds. Sept 21st, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at Seton High School, 3901 Glenway Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45205. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thurs. at 9:30am at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1175 Overlook Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Save the Animals Foundation, 4011 Red Bank Rd. Cincinnati, OH. 45227 or StarShine Hospice, Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, 3333 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, OH 45229. Meghan's family will welcome anyone who wishes to attend a celebration of Meghan's life from 12:30pm until 4:30pm at Receptions Banquet Hall at 3302 Westbourne Dr. following the graveside services.

God bless you all. Our hearts grieve for the loss of your sweet girl. Meghan was an inspiration to so many people. Her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of others because of her strong yet gentle soul. Her blue line family is here for you all. God Bless You, Mr. & Mrs. Sgt. John Day

I only met Megthat a few times, but she touched my heart. She had grace and knowledge beyond her years, and a joie de vivre that radiated to those around her.

Meghan was a true gift from God. Your family gave her the best care any family could. She will be missed by all that knew her. Our prayers are with all of you.
