Joseph beloved husband of 65 years to Margaret (Nee: Stagg) Panno. Loving father of Angela (Jack) Barnhorst, Sharon (Bob) Schlachter, Tina (Tim) Weber, Annette (Matt) Meltebrink, Missy (Tim) Prost, Margie (Jim) Mcgaha, Kristina (Doug) Phillips, Rick (Gail) and Shawn (Samantha) Panno and the late Joey Panno. Also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Passed away on Oct. 7, 2016 at the age of 84. Visitation will be held on Fri. Oct. 14 from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. www.radelfuneral.com.
