Richard H. Sr. beloved husband of Barbara A. (Nee: Blatzer) Fisher. Loving father of Richard (Kristy) Fisher, Julie, Timothy, Jerry (Ruthie) and Steven (Amy) Burger, Tyler Catoe. Dear brother of Geraldine Lambert and Margaret Jackson. Cherished grandfather of 13. Preceded in death by ten sisters. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Passed away on November 29, 2016 at the age of 69 years. Visitation will be Sunday Dec. 4th from 12:00 Noon until the time of funeral services 2:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 45233, 451-8800.
