Frank, Jr., 80, of Independence, Kentucky passed away, Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at his home.

A rite of Christian burial will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday, December 12 at Radel Funeral Services, 650 Neeb Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45233, with Fr. Ralph Westerhoff officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Delhi. Friends may pay their respects from 12:00 noon until 2:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass at www.hospicebg.org. Those wishing to share tributes or condolences may do so at www.radelfuneral.com

Frank was born June 7, 1936 in Hamtramck, Michigan to Frank and Agnes (Remeselnik) Grzebyk. He graduated from Hamtramck High School in 1954. Frank served in the United States Army with distinction for three years. On July 11, 1959 he married Lena Tasti . Frank attended college at Wayne State University in Detroit and was employed as a Senior Systems Analyst for the Internal Revenue Service for over 30 years. He spent the last several years in the companionship of his dear friend Nancy. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and traveling.

Frank is survived by his four children, Frank (Rosie) Grzebyk, Kim Grzebyk, Steven (Michelle) Grzebyk, and David Grzebyk. He will be missed by his friend and ex-wife Lena and his friend Nancy. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Joshua Smith, Stevie R. Grzebyk, James Grzebyk, and Jaime Smith; his great-granddaughter Dakota Smith; and several nieces and nephews.
