Thomas E. beloved husband of Mary Ann (Nee: Phillips) Kenney. Loving father of Jean Marie (Brian Jeffery McCarty) and Sean Kenney. Devoted grandfather of Jeffery, Collin, Brandon, Andrew, Devin and Maura. Cherished nephew of Elsie. Dear former father-in-law of Nancy Kenney. Also survived by numerous cousins, other family and friends. Passed away February 20, 2017 at age 74 years. Visitation will be Fri. Feb. 24th from 5:00 P.M. until the time of funeral services 7:00 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. If so desired memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
