Victoria “Tori” (Nee: Short) beloved mother of her beautiful daughter Leala Eve Fortner. Loving daughter of Donna & Timothy Thomas, David & Maria Short. Dear sister of David Todd Short, Angela Wise, Adelaide Roark, Wendy Marksberry and Anna Manning. Cherished aunt to many nieces and nephews. Dear friend to all family, relation and friends who were blessed to know her. She will be missed greatly and forever in our hearts. A memorial service will be held on Mon. May 8th from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. at Shiloh United Methodist Church, 5261 Foley Road, 45238. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Talbert House/Transitions Inc.
