Shirley A. (Nee: Clements) was born September 4, 1937 in Clementsville, KY to the late Fletcher and Bernice Clements. She married Jerry Bedinghaus on June 23, 1962 in Cincinnati. Shirley and Jerry moved to Bridgetown in 1967 where they raised their family and were active in the St. Aloysius Gonzaga parish for many years. Shirley passed away on May 27, 2020 at the age of 82. Shirley is survived by her beloved husband Jerry, and children Gregg (Renee), Gary (Theresa), Glenn (Anita), Lisa (Ted) and daughter-in-law Amy Bedinghaus. She was preceded in death by her son Guy Bedinghaus. Shirley’s grandchildren, Gregg Bedinghaus, Jr. (Aubrey Catching), Joe Bedinghaus, Kairee Bedinghaus, Branson Bedinghaus, Josie Bedinghaus and great-granddaughter Odessa Bedinghaus were the light of her life! Shirley was the loving sister of Wanda, Mary, Bill, and Patsy, and preceded in death by her siblings Lawrence, Terry and Jim. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Visitation will take place on Mon. June 1st from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 A.M. at St. Aloysius Gonzaga Church, 4390 Bridgetown Rd 45211. We wish to express our deepest sympathy to the Bedinghaus family. We remember so many good times with Shirley at special family events at Gregg and Renee’s. She was always very easy to talk to and fun to be around, Shirley will truly be missed. Our love and prayers are with you all through this difficult time. May your tender hearts endure the wonderful times you spent with her.
