Loving father of Donald Haley, Teresa Monseur (Dirk), Betty Ramsey(Steve), Deborah Haley,Barb Schaefer(Rob), Linda Mangold (the late Ed) Brenda Allen and Trish Haley Simsek(Taha). 26 Grandchildren, 181/2 Great Grandchildren. Brother of Bette Maples, Benny Joe Haley and Barney Haley and the late Billie Poff. Dearly missed by his faithful dog Sidney. Korean war veteran. Passed away Wednesday Sept. 6,2017. Visitation will take place on Sunday September 10th from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Road. Funeral service will be Monday Sept.11 at 1:00 P.M. at The funeral home.
