Devoted grandfather of Allison (Jason) Briscoe, Patrick Cagney, Maura (Rob) Tipton and Kelly (Dustin) Haley. Cherished great-grandfather of Taylor Cagney, Payton Tipton, Finley Tipton, Liam Cagney and Hazel Briscoe. Passed away suddenly on November 25, 2017 at the age of 89 years. So sad to hear this news.... I'm so envious of the travel plans that Judd and Ginny have done for years. I'm also so glad they have had a wonderful life together. Judd will be missed. Ginny, I'm thinking of you in your time of sorrow. Prayers for the family!
