Kenneth A. beloved son of Loraine (Nee: Stoll) and the late Elmer Gates. Loving father of Jeff (Deb Mentzel), Joe (Amy) and Jerry (Gina) Gates. Devoted grandfather of AJ Gates. Dear brother of Gina (Larry) Rovito, Becky (Tom) Schneider, Karen (Tim) Lynskey, Jim, Chris (Roseanne), Greg (Judie) and Tony (Bev) Gates and the late Mary Ripperger, brother-in-law of Steve Ripperger. Survived by the mother of his children Janet (Nee: Feld) Gates. Passed away on January 2, 2018 at the age of 74 years. Visitation will be Monday Jan. 8th from 11:00 A.M. until 12:30 P.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. Mass of Christian Burial Monday Jan. 8th 1:00 P.M. at St. William Church, 4108 W. 8th St., 45205. If so desired memorials may be made to or St. Jude’s Childrens Medical Research, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
