Arthur F. beloved husband of Lisa (Nee: Kirby) Menges. Dear brother of Darlene (Nick) Kaeff, Sr. Delouise Menges OSF and the late Deborah Menges. Also survived by numerous loving family and caring friends. Passed away on February 21, 2018 at the age of 57 years. Visitation will be Mon. Feb. 26th from 9:30 A.M. until the time of Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 A.M. at St. Veronica Church, 4473 Mount Carmel Tobasco Rd, 45244. If so desired, memorials may be made to Michaela Farms, 3127 State Road 229, Oldenburg, IN. Radel Funeral Home, 451-8800 serving the family.

He was a very good man and my brother in law. I was in shock when i heard he had passed. Like everyone you realize how short your own life is. Rest In Peace brother cya in the after life.
