Sylvia “Christine” (Nee: Johansen) beloved wife of the late Nicholas LaScalea. Devoted mother of Tina (Robert) Sehlhorst, Lisa (the late: Doc) Flinchbaugh, Gary (Sallie) and Tony (Vicci) LaSalea. Cherished grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 2. Dear sister of Mervi (the late: Joseph) Murphy. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Christine passed away on April 8, 2018 at the age of 85. Visitation will take place on Fri. April 13th from 4:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 7:00pm held at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Rd. 451-8800. My sincere condolences to the LaScalea family. Christine always made me feel welcome when we were together. And I enjoyed hearing about her adventures with Lila. She would light up when she talked about the joy that Lila brought to others. Wishing the family peace during this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss. My mom loved "hanging out" with Christine. She was a great friend to my mom and our family. She will be missed. Much love to your family during this difficult time.
