James A. beloved husband of Doris (Nee: Oprea) Noel. Loving father of Annette (Chris) Haynes, Shaun (Joe) Laws, James (Rachel) and Jennifer Noel. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family and friends. Passed away on May 31, 2018 at the age of 78 years. Visitation will be Sat. June 2nd from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. If so desired memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
