The Wind Beneath Her Wings
(A Tribute of Remembrance for Roberta Timmers)
Life’s journey can be such a beautiful one When it’s filled with love, to give to everyone
So many roads she traveled, as she built a life filled full, with raising a family
Not one, or two but eleven children, to create a love filled home and a family bond that is everlasting
The greatest gifts of all, and the lessons of love she taught, lived within her heart
Those fortunate enough to be sheltered beneath her wings, felt her inner spirit as it soared
So strong, so loving, so kind and so very safe for those seeking shelter beneath her wings
With wings always spread wide, all were welcomed and able to grow to new heights
A loving mother, devoted wife, special relative and friend to all touched by her tremendous spirit
A true lust for life she shared, savoring every moment, making sure to fill each with love and laughter
Family traditions were created, memories made and life’s journey taught at every turn
How fortunate were those who became the wind beneath her wings and shared in her journey
The road she traveled was not without difficulty, but in silence and triumph she met every challenge Always flying forward, no matter what tomorrow would bring
She would want us to mourn, but not too long, as that was not her way Instead wanting us to remember how special and fulfilled her journey was
Because of what each of us gave back to her in return for the unselfish life she shared with us
Remembering always the joys she had, and the love she received in return
A magnificent lady has left us, but the wonderful memories she created remain forever
Let us mirror in her image and move forward, maintain the lessons she taught, and hold on forever to
The Wind Beneath Her Wings

Tim,
I was shocked when I heard she died. My prayers go out to you and your family at this difficult time. Her obituary is a good indication that she was a special lady and will truly be missed.
Thankfully, she died quickly and did not suffer for a long period of time.
God bless you and your family.

Dear Tim, and family,
I am just devistated about the loss of my cousin Bobbie. She was not only my cousin but she was also my dear friend who, always called me every 3 months to see what everyone was up to and, to catch up on the latest cousin news. She never had a bad work to say about anyone. She will be sorely missed and I will miss those phone calls. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you all

Our deepest sympathy is with the Timmers family. She will be loved and missed by her large family and friends. As some people journey through life, they leave footprints wherever they go- footprints of kindness and love, courage and compassion, humor and inspiration, joy and faith. Our children have said she was one of these amazing women who did leave footprints. In our thought and prayers. The Klingenbeck Family

Timmers family, I can't find the words to express how sorry we were to hear of sweet Bobbie passing. Was smiling thinking of the neighborhood parties in our back yards back in the day. She was a force of life. So, so sorry for you loss.
