Lavetta (Nee: Clay) beloved wife of Willie Lewis. Loving mother of Chris (Alicia Bond-Lewis) Lewis, M.D. Cherished daughter of Mary R. and the late Charles Clay. Devoted grandmother of Grace and Vivian Lewis. Dear sister of Alberta (Tim Thoroughman) Vollmer, Charlene (the late Jerry) Merrill and the late Cynthia Hoyt. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Passed away on September 23, 2018 at the age of 71 years. Visitation will be Sat. Sept. 29th from 10:30 A.M. until the time of the funeral services at 11:30 A.M. at the Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. If so desired memorials may be made to Village Life Outreach Project, 2900 Reading Rd. #340, 45206
