Dorothy E. (Nee: Lipps) beloved wife of the late Robert Menninger. Devoted mother of Joyce (Ray) Schafer, Robert (Judy) Menninger, Barbara (The late: Mel) Graf, Mary Carol (Fred) Gennett, David (Debbie) Menninger and Diane (Jim) Abel. Special niece Christy (Mark) Meyer.Cherished grandmother of 22, great-grandmother of 35 and great-great- grandmother of one. Caring sister to eleven brothers and sisters. Dorothy passed away on October 29, 2018 at the age of 96. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Visitation will be held Friday November 2, from 9:30am until the time of the Mass of Christian burial at 11:00am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church.
