Tom was a loving husband to Betty for 61 years. He was a 1954 graduate of Elder High School and earned a bachelor’s degree from U.C. in 1970. He was a Delhi police sergeant and retired from Allstate as a claim adjuster. Tom had a love for the Ohio River and his summer home in Patriot, Indiana. He enjoyed boating, tractors and watching wildlife in his backyard and at the river.
Tom was a man of few words, humble, a gentle giant with a quick wit. He was always fixing or tinkering with some project. He was a fantastic woodworker, there wasn’t anything he couldn’t fix or anything he couldn’t build.
“ The Song has ended but the Melody Lingers on” - Tom will be remembered in our hearts forever.

Rest In Peace Tom. Such a kind man to all. He made us a bird house when we were the new people at the river. The birds use the house every year! Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Bill & Mary ANN Stevie
