Kevin W. “Jay” Cherished son of Donna Smith. Loving father of Hailey Smith, Wyatt Smith, Little Kevin and Kaitlin Cockshutt. Dear brother of Natasha Thompson and Samuel Pelcher. Also survived by numerous other family and friends. Kevin passed away on July 24, 2019 at the age of 42. Visitation will take place on Weds. July 31st, from 9:00am until the time of the funeral service at 12:00pm noon held at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Rd. 451-8800.
