He is proceeded in Death by Grandmother Clara Schilling & Parents Ruth & Robert Oaks & Brother Dennis Lee Oaks.

He is survived by his Sister Connie Wallace, Brother in law Dennis, Niece Jessica Wallace & her Fiancé Zach Cheek.

Bob never liked being the center of attention and per his wishes there will be no services.
