James "Jay" Proctor

James “Jay” Vincent Proctor of Cincinnati, OH passed away on September 19, 2019 at 63 years old. He was born in Cincinnati, OH on December 28, 1955 to James Stanley Proctor and Flora Mae Proctor. Jay graduated from Oak Hills High School in 1974. He was a self-employed painter and carpenter. He was an exceptional athlete throughout his life and loved to play golf. He was very proud of his hole-in-one achieved at Aston Oaks Golf Course. He is survived by his daughter Sophia Chandler (Proctor) and her husband Kory Chandler, mother of his daughter Patti Proctor-Milton, granddogs Wilson and Luna, brother Mark Proctor, and many dear friends that he considered as family and truly cherished. A memorial service will be held at Aston Oaks Golf Course on September 29, 2019 at 2:30PM.
