Jean “Sis” (nee Otis), age 81, wife of the late Robert “Hook” Fisher, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2020 with her family by her side. Loving mother of Robert Fisher, Tina Lewis, Denise (James) Jobst, Pamela (Dennis) Meadows, the late Joey Fisher, Danny Fisher, Sam (Cathy) Fisher & Mark Fisher. Devoted grandmother “gram” of 14 wonderful grandchildren, as well as many great grandchildren. Dear sister of Fred, Shirley, Bobby, Stanley, Loretta, Janice, Mary & Ralph.


Jean was born on February 13, 1939 to Fred & Loretta Otis (nee Macke).

Her family remembers Jean as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who devoted her life to her family and always put others first. She also greatly enjoyed Bingo, summer festivals, TV movies and oldies music.


Public Visitation to be held Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, from 11am - the time of the funeral service at 1pm. Burial at St. Joseph Cemetery.
