Susan K. Saatkamp

Saatkamp
Susan K.(Nee: Gramke) born November 3rd, 1948, peacefully ascended to heaven on Thanksgiving morning, November 28th, after her long battle with cancer at the age of 71. She is survived by her husband, Jack, and her two children, Sean and Shannon. She is the daughter of the late Harold and Harriet Gramke and the sister of Marilyn Lysaght, the late Harold "Bud" Gramke II, and Thomas Gramke. She is survived by many nieces and nephews as well. Susan was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, aunt, sister and friend, for her life revolved around her family and friends. She was very giving, the type of person that always wished a better life for you than her own, and always made an effort to show you her smile. From lake houses in Michigan and Tennessee to condos and resorts on the beach from Florida to Hawaii, traveling was Susan's thing. Hitching the boat up to the old rusty Suburban and towing it to the local lake on the weekend happened quite often as well. She was always grateful for those opportunities and never took them for granted. Building wonderful memories with family and friends was always her mission, and would try to include them in doing such whenever possible. Ask any of the people she cared and loved if she succeeded with her mission and they would all agree emphatically. Susan was loved and admired by everyone that had their lives touched by her, and she will be sorely missed.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday December 4th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at the Radel Funeral Home 650 Neeb Rd. 45233. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday December 5th at 10:00am held at St. Teresa of Avila Church. www.radelfuneral.com
