Carol Sue devoted companion of Arthur E. Phillips. Loving mother of Calista, Eddie, Beth, Lisa, Pam, Stevie, Angie, Trica, Sarah, Art, Jackie and the late Paula. Dear sister of Fay, Paul, Mike, Sunny and Lee.  Also survived by 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. November 24, 2011. Age 63 years. Visitation will be Mon. Dec. 5th from 10:00 A.M. until the time of funeral services 12:00 Noon at Radel Funeral Home, 650 Neeb Road, 451-8800. If so desired memorials may be made in care of the family directly to the funeral home.
