Charles E. "Skeeter" beloved husband of Rosetta (Nee: Napier) Cassidy. Beloved son of late Jim and Mary. Loving father of Charles D. (Darlene) Cassidy. Loving brother of Jim. He is survived by 5 siblings Bobby (Dot), Donnie (Vickie), Butch, Jean (Jack). Beloved grandfather of Jeffery, Jessica, Stacey, Tiffany (Kyle), Joshua. The loving great grandfather to Hailey, Bradley, Abigail, Katlyn, Nathan, Starsha, and Landon. Skeeter enjoyed spending time with his family. Weekends would be spent with the grandchildren and great grandchildren at the horse track and out eating dinner. The thing he enjoyed most was being in Gatlinburg with the family. Our most foundest memories with him include: trips to Gatlinburg, eating dinner at his favorite restaurant Libos, and taking and making bets at the horsetrack. He will always be missed and forever in our hearts.
